Britta Wulfekammer

Britta Wulfekammer, PCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, facilitation, and strategic development. As the Founder and Director of Coaching Across Borders since October 2019, Britta supports clients in overcoming barriers to achieve their personal and professional goals using a holistic and creative approach. Currently serving as an Associate Coach and Facilitator for Praditus and as a Faculty Member at BECKETT MCINROY (BMC) CoachME, Britta has also held roles such as Associate Executive Coach at Career Connections and Associate B2B Team Coach & Facilitator at Positive Intelligence. Prior to these roles, Britta worked with HORIZONT3000 as a Technical Advisor in strategy and social enterprise development in Kenya and Uganda. Additional experience includes positions at IKEA Global Retail Services, Sony Mobile Communications, Duni GmbH & Co KG, and Sparkasse-Finanzgruppe. Britta holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster and a recent certification in Facilitation from Voltage Control.
