Ken Zilch

Ken Zilch has extensive experience in corporate tax, risk management, and insurance. Ken served as the Senior Vice President at Career Education Corporation, where they were responsible for tax planning, audits, and risk evaluation. Prior to that, they held various roles at Spiegel, including Vice President of Corporate Tax and Risk Management, where they were responsible for tax and insurance decisions for a $3.0 billion retailer/catalog company. Ken also headed the financial services business, generating over $21 million in premium revenue.

Ken Zilch obtained a BBA in Accounting from St. Norbert College from 1981 to 1985. Ken then pursued a Masters in Tax from DePaul University from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Illinois CPA Society.
