Brady Goodman-Williams loves recruiting because of his passion for helping candidates build confidence in themselves and their abilities. His interest in recruiting stemmed through a connection he made with a recruiter on the Fourth Floor team which eventually led him to begin his own journey in this industry. Brady seeks out candidates who are self aware, enthusiastic, and curious, and his best piece of advice for any job seeker is to know that what’s meant for you is meant for you. He always encourages his candidates not to be discouraged when an opportunity doesn’t pan out because the right one is just around the corner. Before joining the team at Syndicatebleu as an Account Executive, Brady worked in public relations in fashion, beauty, and real estate and travel.
