Karin Parodi

Karin Parodi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and executive career development. As the Founder and CEO of Career Group since May 2001, Karin has successfully supported CEOs and high-level executives while developing intricate human resource projects. In addition, Karin co-founded WAVE CORP, an innovative business development platform, and served as a partner from October 2016 to February 2021, where the focus was on generating new business opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Outplacement Consultant at DBM and an Executive Search Coordinator at Coopers&Lybrand. Karin’s education background includes studies at Harvard Business School and degrees in Organizational Development and Human Resources from institutions such as the University of Oklahoma and FAAP.
