John Urian

Community Manager at Career Karma

John Urian has had a successful career in the technology industry. John began working for Sutherland in 2011 as a Subject Matter Expert. In 2016, they joined CALLTEK, INC. as a Tier I Technical Support, and later advanced to Tier II Technical Support. In 2019, they joined Career Karma as a Community Manager. In this role, they are in charge of helping students and alumni discover top resources, events and recruiting events to find jobs in technology. John also facilitates weekly AMAs and events with technology industry leaders, and provides students with portfolio project reviews and career support.

John Urian attended freeCodeCamp from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a Web Development degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. John also attended the University of Southeastern from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree.
