Kunal Dey

Kunal Dey is a Senior Associate at Argus Partners (Solicitors & Advocates) since March 2020, contributing to the Knowledge Management Team and engaging in corporate transactions and advisory services. Kunal also serves as a Teaching Faculty at Career Launcher, focusing on Legal Reasoning and Legal Aptitude for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and other law school entrance exams in India. Previous experience includes roles as a Law Researcher at the Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta, Associate Legal Counsel at Rab & Rab Associates LLP, and various legal internships. Kunal holds a BBA.LL.B in Corporate Laws from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and a Company Secretary certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
