Kira Swanson

Kira Swanson is an accomplished owner and certified coach at Love Monday Coaching, established in 2015 after a successful 15-year career in Corporate America. Kira possesses extensive experience in leadership development, career coaching, and transformative facilitation as an executive coach at PeopleTek Coaching since March 2023 and a career coach at Career Propulsion since August 2022. Previously, Kira served as a career management consultant at Right Management Great Lakes Region, focusing on supporting displaced individuals. Kira’s earlier roles include senior manager and director positions at Discover Financial Services and director of service engineering at American Express, where Kira led multiple teams and designed impactful training programs. Educational background includes an MBA in Operations Management from Duke University, a PhD in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University, and a BA in Psychology with Honors from Carleton College.
