Barbara Favero

Barbara Favero is an accomplished Operations Director at INTOO Srl since June 2013, where responsibilities include guiding digital transformation, reviewing internal processes for effectiveness, developing operational policies, and supporting new product development. Favero also holds the role of Global Practice Development Manager, overseeing the Outplacement Practice, and has served as Innovation Manager at the Italian HQ, focusing on technological product implementation. In past positions, Favero has managed international projects with Career Star Group and held senior consulting roles with Aims International and Hays. Education includes a degree in Economics from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
