Pat Fitzgerald is currently the Managing Partner at CareerAve LLC, providing solutions for companies to acquire and retain top talent. With previous experience at SAP Americas, Siebel Systems, Kingston Personnel, and Preferred Positions, Pat has a strong background in recruiting and staffing for the software industry. Additionally, Pat served in the US Coast Guard as an Arctic Exploration Quartermaster, making historic trips to Murmansk, Russia and sailing close to the North Pole.
