Precious Samuels

Precious Samuels has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2018, they worked as an Intern at Livestock Feeds Plc, where they were responsible for conducting tests to ensure the quality and safety of feed products. Precious also implemented and maintained feed quality standard operating procedures and collaborated with the team to revise ingredients and feed quality programs.

In 2020, Precious joined iRecruiters Africa as a Recruitment Specialist and held this role until 2021.

Currently, Precious is working at CareerBuddy, where they started as a Talent Partner in January 2022 and was promoted to Head of Recruitment Operations in August 2022. As the Head of Recruitment Operations, they oversee the talent acquisition operation for the entire business and manages a team of six direct reports, including operation support and technical and non-technical talent partners.

Precious Samuels earned a B.A in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Abia State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in different areas such as data analysis, niche recruiting, performance-based hiring, technical recruiting, soft-skills training, lead generation, sales foundations, sales prospecting, digital marketing, administrative human resources, human resources foundations, human resources compensation and benefits, strategic human resources, talent sourcing, and emotional intelligence at work from institutions including McKinsey & Company, EntryLevel, LinkedIn, Jobberman Nigeria, and Coventry University between the years 2020 and 2022.
