Byron Brower

Byron Brower has held a variety of roles in the education and language industries. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an EFL Teacher at El Centro Colombo Americano, and as an English Language Instructor at Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an English Instructor at Universidad Manuela Beltrán. During this time, they also served as a Vocational Training Coordinator at El Sol, Jupiter's Neighborhood Resource Center. In 2017, they worked as a Spanish Graduate Assistant at the University of Arizona - College of Humanities, and as an English Online Teacher at EF English First. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an ELA & Social Studies Middle School Teacher at Tucson International Academy. Most recently, they have been working as a Sales Engineer at Careerist since 2022.

Byron Brower has completed a Technical Studies degree in Sales Engineer from Careerist Tech, an Education and Social Change program in Santiago, Chile and Buenos Aires, Argentina from School for International Training, a Master of Arts in Spanish from the University of Arizona, and a BA in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, they have obtained a Sales Engineer certification from Careerist in October 2022, and a Certification in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge in July 2013.
