Roobesh Mohandass

Roobesh Mohandass has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. ROOBESH is currently working as a Security Engineer at DataStax since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer at McAfee Enterprise from June 2017 to October 2021, where they specialized in cloud architecture and engineering for private clouds and next-gen private cloud solutions. Before that, they worked at Akamai Technologies as a Network Administrator from July 2013 to June 2017, and as a Network Administrator II from October 2015 to June 2017. ROOBESH started their career at Tech Mahindra as a Network Engineer & Service Automation Specialist from September 2010 to June 2013.

Roobesh Mohandass earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. ROOBESH later obtained various certifications in the field of networking and design. In November 2016, they became a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) from CWNP. In February 2016, they achieved the JNCIS-SEC certification from Juniper Networks. In December 2015, they received the JNCIS-ENT certification and became a Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist. In June 2014, they earned the Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) certification and in March 2014, they became a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA). In November 2013, they achieved the Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos) certification. In October 2013, they became a Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP-RS). Lastly, in November 2012, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification.
