Sarah Reinartz

Sarah Reinartz started their work experience as a Student Ambassador at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in October 2014. Sarah then interned at Airbus Group as a Strategic Recruitment & Temp Management Intern from May 2015 to October 2015. Sarah worked as a Talent Management Intern at HEINEKEN from February 2016 to September 2016, where they assisted in the recruitment process for the International Graduate Programme. Sarah then joined Raet as a Human Capital Management Trainee from January 2017 to August 2017.

In October 2017, Sarah became a Recruitment Coordinator at Stryker, where they coordinated interviews and assessment days, conducted talent assessment interviews, and implemented collaboration tools to improve work efficiency. Sarah worked in this role until March 2019.

From April 2019 to April 2020, Sarah worked as a Global Learning & Development Specialist at Randstad.

In December 2020, they started working at Medloop Ltd. as an HR Manager, where they advised and coached managers on HR and employee queries, managed stakeholders and contract negotiations, and innovated HR processes. In March 2022, Sarah transitioned to the role of People Lead at Medloop, focusing on mentoring associates and leading recruitment initiatives. Sarah held this role until December 2022.

Sarah Reinartz then joined Careerminds in February 2023 as a Career Coach, and they are currently working there. Sarah recently started their own coaching business, Sarah Reinartz | Systemic Business & Career Coach, in March 2021. Sarah'spassion is to work with experts, managers, and executives to elevate their careers and create actionable plans for professional growth while staying true to their purpose.

Sarah Reinartz completed their education as follows:

- From 2021 to 2022, they attended Quadriga University of Applied Sciences and obtained a certification as a Certified Systemic Business Coach.

- From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Work- and Organizational Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).

- In 2013 and 2014, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Boğaziçi University, where they studied Human Resources, Psychological Counseling, Cognitive Psychology, and Social Anthropology.

- From 2011 to 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Twente.
