Wesley D. Millican, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in physician recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Founder, CEO, and Physician Talent Officer at CareerPhysician since February 2020, Wesley has also held significant roles, including Executive Board Member at the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship since 2006 and Board Member at the Texas Methodist Foundation from 2008 to 2021. Previously, Wesley was Senior Vice President and Physician Talent Officer at OU Medicine, Inc., and led MillicanSolutions, Inc. as Founder and CEO until its acquisition by AMN Healthcare in 2015.
