Kirsten Penaloza

Kirsten is originally from Mexico, graduated from the University of Hamburg in Germany, and moved in 2013 to the U.S. She has worked in customer-facing roles and client support for over 20 years and decided to make Client Experience her career for the past 8 years. She worked for web design and e-commerce companies, pivoted into the field of B-Corps and non-profits, and is now back in the tech world.

At CareerPlug, she manages the day-to-day of the Hiring Experts team and does what she is most passionate about: Coaching her team members to be the best they can be.
