Founder and Career Coach at Careers for Social Impact

Erin Ewart is an experienced career and leadership coach, founding Careers for Social Impact in 2014 to assist social sector leaders in advancing their careers and enhancing their impact. Erin has worked with various organizations, including serving as a coach for working parents at Parentaly and as a Senior Career Transition Consultant at Waldron, where mid-career professionals were guided through job searches. Earlier, Erin contributed to Koru as a Career Coach, achieving an 88% job placement rate, and led national recruitment strategies for the KIPP Foundation, successfully hiring over 7,000 staff members. Additional roles include recruitment at Population Services International and the U.S. Department of State, as well as an HR position at Oblon Spivak. Erin holds an MBA in Social Enterprise from Columbia Business School and a BA in History from William & Mary.
