Emma Kniel

Emma Kniel is an experienced professional in the forestry sector, currently serving as a Program Coordinator at CAREERS since April 2022. Prior to this role, Emma worked as a Forestry Educator for the Alberta Forest Products Association from August 2017 to April 2022. Emma gained hands-on experience in silviculture through two summer positions at West Fraser in 2016 and 2017 and served as a Herbicide Applicator for The Davey Tree Expert Company in 2015. Early career experience also includes Woodlands Summer Student roles at Weyerhaeuser in 2013 and 2014. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Alberta.
