Richard Copeland

Richard Copeland has over 18 years of experience at CareerSource Northeast Florida as an Employment Security Rep II, where responsibilities include providing training, education, career counseling, and job placement services within the One Stop System. Richard actively promotes One Stop Center services and programs through community outreach and job fairs. Prior to this role, Richard served in the US Navy for over 22 years as a Personnel Officer, overseeing personnel record maintenance, managing pay and benefits documentation, and fulfilling the duties of Education Service Officer during Navy-Wide Advancement Examinations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Washtenaw Community College.
