As the Founder of Careeryse, Nejmi is dedicated to helping ambitious professionals and scale-ups create environments where talent can thrive through expert career and performance coaching, bespoke learning experiences, and strategic advisory services. Previously, Nejmi served as the Head of People and Culture at JBM, delivering People Advisory and leadership development services. Additional roles include Performance and Career Coach at SEVEN Coaching and Head of Programme at Multiverse, where Nejmi successfully scaled the coaching team and achieved exceptional apprenticeship outcomes. With a background as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, Nejmi utilizes a strong analytical skillset to drive significant improvements in organizational performance.
