Rafik Kouissar

Rafik Kouissar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since March 2012, Rafik leads the implementation of machine learning models for automated testing applications and oversees the design and development of software solutions.
