Virginia Rajnes

Virginia (Ginny) Rajnes is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in internal and strategic communications, currently serving as the Manager of Internal Communications at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since April 2013. In this role, Ginny leads the development and execution of communication strategies that engage and inspire the workforce, managing a dedicated team of communicators. Previously, Ginny held various positions at CareFirst, including Manager of Strategic Communications and Market Portfolio Manager, where a focus on care management and wellness program engagement informed sales and marketing strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Manager and Senior Marketing Manager at XLHealth Corporation, where project management and communication strategy were key responsibilities, as well as roles in media management and corporate communications at Pharmaceutical Research Plus, Doner Advertising, and URS Corporation. Ginny holds a BA from the University of Dayton.
