Jessica Lim

Jessica Lim has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Content Writer for Skyscanner, where they wrote travel-related articles and implemented search engine optimization strategies. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern for Roomorama, handling social media content creation, email marketing, and blog management. In the same year, they participated in the L'Oreal Brandstorm 2016 Business Competition and achieved notable success. In 2016, Jessica joined Google as a DIGITIZE Graduate Trainee, undergoing training at Google Singapore and Sydney. Jessica then moved to Performics Singapore | Publicis Groupe, where they worked as a Media Executive, managing campaigns and developing media plans for clients in the banking and travel sectors. From 2018 to 2020, Jessica served as the Head of Product and Marketing at blu, leading the development of an e-commerce logistics management platform and a mobile app. In 2020, they joined Care as the Head of Product. Overall, Jessica has a strong background in product development, marketing, and campaign management, with experience in both digital and offline media.

Jessica Lim completed their Bachelor of Business Management (B.B.M.) degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications from Singapore Management University from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they had a brief stint at Tecnológico de Monterrey, also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (B.B.M.) degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications. Prior to their university education, Jessica attended Raffles Institution from 2010 to 2011, although the degree or field of study is unspecified.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica obtained certifications such as being a participant in the L'Oréal Brandstorm 2016 Business Competition from L'Oréal in May 2016 and becoming a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in February 2023.
