Elaine Villanueva Arguez

Elaine Villanueva Arguez, RCIC, currently serves as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant at EVA Canada Immigration Consultancy since July 2021, while also holding the position of Human Resources Manager at CareHop Nursing & Home Care since December 2020. Elaine has diverse experience in human resources, having previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at Dean Group in 2020, and as a Human Resources Manager and Officer at No Problem Movers and MMG-Aklan Specialty Clinics from 2019 to 2017, respectively. Earlier roles include Research Associate at Black Pearl Consultancy - Agora Business Intelligence and Human Resource Assistant at John Clements Consultants, Inc. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Aklan Catholic College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science-Psychology from the University of the Philippines, complemented by completion of the Immigration Consultant Program at CDI College in 2020.
