Kara Varma

Kara Varma is an experienced leader in customer service and success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Carelancer since April 2024. Prior to this, Kara held the position of Director of Customer Success at CrowdRiff from January 2023 to October 2023, and spent over six years at LifeWorks as the Director of Customer Success, where responsibilities included managing a team across Canada and overseeing significant organizational transformations. Earlier in their career at Ceridian Canada Ltd., Kara developed new teams within Account Management and managed a substantial revenue portfolio as an Account Executive. Kara holds an Hons BA from McMaster University, a diploma in Holistic Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and a degree in Human Resources from Durham College.
