Sasha Kuprion

Sasha Kuprion, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Starting in 2002, Sasha worked at General Electric as an Area Merchandising Specialist, conducting sales calls and achieving sales goals. Later, Sasha became a Training Program Manager, designing and facilitating training for thousands of sales associates. From 2006 to 2010, Sasha worked at Humana as a Learning Consultant, conducting needs analysis and designing training solutions. At Humana, Sasha also served as an Account Installation Manager, overseeing client installations. From 2012 to 2018, Sasha held multiple roles at Elevance Health, including Provider Collaboration Program Director and Business Change Director. Sasha successfully led a team in designing and implementing learning projects, while also driving payment innovation initiatives. Most recently, Sasha joined CareMore Health as a Program Director and is currently the Rx Network Product Strategy Director at CarelonRx.

Sasha Kuprion earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Louisville between 1997 and 2002. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued an MBA from Indiana University-Southeast.
