Yolonda Agurs

Yolonda Agurs has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Yolonda currently serves as an Associate Director of Patient Engagement at CareMetx, LLC since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lash Group from 2001 to 2022, holding roles such as Product Manager, Workforce Management Analyst, Quality Analyst, Business Analyst, Reimbursement Consultant, and Program Support Specialist. Yolonda also has experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Spartanburg Water from 1999 to 2001.

Yolonda Agurs, POPM, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University. Yolonda also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Carolina Upstate. In addition, they are a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2022.
