Jimmy Stephenson

Jimmy Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jimmy is currently employed as the Director of IT Service Delivery at Carenet Health since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sitel Group as the Senior Manager in Regional IT, Client Services & Service Delivery from August 2021 to April 2022. Previously, they were at SYKES where they held multiple positions including Senior Manager in Regional IT, Client Services & Service Delivery from May 2012 to August 2021, Technical Services Manager from May 2009 to May 2012, and Senior Account Manager from March 2005 to May 2009. Before that, they worked as a Customer Care Manager at lock\line (Asurion) from December 2003 to March 2005. Jimmy's early experience includes working as a Network Administrator at Northwest Kansas Technical College from November 2002 to November 2003. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining network performance, troubleshooting problems, securing the network, and providing training and support to users.

Jimmy Stephenson attended Fort Hays State University from 2003 to 2007, where they completed a Master's degree in Information Networking & Telecommunications.
