Teresa Winer Cspo

Teresa Winner has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Teresa started their career at BerylHealth in 1998, where they worked as a Call Advisor, handling inbound calls for physician referrals and class registrations. Teresa then transitioned to the Information Technology department, taking on the role of Senior Business Analyst/QA Tester. Teresa worked on the development of a new platform for physician referrals and class/event registrations. Teresa later became the Quality Assurance Manager and Performance Support Manager, during which they implemented new quality assurance programs and assumed NICE Administrative duties.

In 2008, Teresa moved on to become the Fulfillment/Customer Resolution Manager, managing vendor relationships and resolving client issues. Teresa then became the Provider Services Operations Manager, overseeing Team Leads and Advisors and implementing cross-utilization and skill-based routing. Teresa also worked as a Team Lead, supervising a team of advisors and providing coaching and training to improve performance.

In 2012, Teresa joined Stericycle, where they held several roles. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Quality Analyst, they worked on various projects, including the rebuilding of an Online Class Registration site. Teresa also supported projects in the Beryl/Live Voice business unit using Agile methodologies. Teresa then took on the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst, IT - Communication and Related Services, working on an eCommerce site and collaborating with vendors and business users for requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.

In 2018, Teresa joined the Global Communication Platform team as a Senior Business System Analyst. Teresa worked with developers and business SMEs to gather requirements and test new releases. Additionally, they provided change management documentation for production changes. Later on, Teresa joined the Product Management team, where they developed a pilot program for an online physician finder tool and ensured data synchronization between BerylHealth and InQuicker.

Most recently, in 2022, Teresa started working at Carenet Health as a Senior Business System Analyst.

Teresa Winer, CSPO, pursued their education at Texas Wesleyan University, where they focused on studying music. Although the exact duration of their enrollment at the university is not known, they did not obtain a specific degree during this time. In August 2015, Teresa obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
