Eric Dour

Eric Dour has extensive experience in conversion rate optimization and client relationship management, currently holding a senior associate position at Care/of since June 2019. Prior to this role, Eric worked in various positions at Atlantic Health System, including Unit Associate, and gained experience in physical therapy as a technician at Chesapeake Bay Aquatic & Physical Therapy. Eric’s early career included roles such as a technical director at Distance Education Technology & Services and lifeguard at Loffler Pool Inc. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maryland, where education was complemented by volunteer experiences in physical therapy and medical practice observation.
