Emily Adler Lcsw

Emily Adler LCSW is an experienced professional in the field of social work and care coordination, currently serving as the Director of Care Coordination at CareOregon since August 2013. In this role, Emily manages a multidisciplinary team of 12 employees across various primary care and supportive housing settings while providing clinical and administrative supervision grounded in trauma-informed principles. Additionally, Emily has held various leadership positions including Senior Manager and Care Team Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Interim Regional Care Team Manager for Columbia Pacific CCO, where clinical and operational leadership was provided for care management services and initiatives. Emily previously worked as a Health Resilience Specialist and Therapist at Talkspace from August 2016 to May 2021. Academically, Emily holds a Master of Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from The University of Iowa.
