Heather O.

Heather O. is a seasoned professional in community engagement and health communication, currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at CareOregon since February 2016. In this role, Heather oversees the Community Engagement Team's efforts related to the Regional Health Improvement Plan and cultivates partnerships in Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook Counties.
