Jennifer Pratt

Jennifer Pratt is a Clinical Operations Training Specialist at CareOregon since March 2015, previously serving as a Prior Authorization Assistant where coordination with clinical staff was key for processing referral request authorizations. Prior experience includes a role as a Referral Coordinator at Brookdale, where Jennifer managed the intake and processing of home health referral requests and scheduled clinical staff based on patient needs. Additionally, Jennifer worked at the American Red Cross from February 2004 to July 2014 as a Lead Specialist and Phlebotomist. Jennifer's education includes completion of programs at Concorde Career College-Portland and Portland Community College.
