Jill Archer has a strong background in behavioral health and integration. Jill started their career in 2005 as a Sr. Program Coordinator at Washington County Mental Health. In 2011, they became the Children's Mental Health Program Supervisor at Washington County. Jill then moved on to Clackamas County, where they held the positions of Behavioral Health Director and Deputy Director of Health, Housing and Human Services.
