Sarah Reynolds, MScN, currently serves as the Community Health Program Manager at CareOregon, where responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing regional community health programs focused on sustainable initiatives. Previously, Sarah worked as a CCO Transformation Specialist at CareOregon, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve member access to care and health outcomes. Sarah's experience includes roles as Principal Nutrition Consultant for the Portland Timbers at Thyme Wellness and Grant Writer for Right To Health and The Curriculum of Cuisine. Additionally, as Executive Director of The Stimson-Miller Foundation, Sarah managed a $5 million budget supporting local charities, and held the position of Development Coordinator at Metropolitan Family Service, overseeing a $2.2 million fundraising effort. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Colby College.
