Nic Brown

Nic Brown has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and training roles, currently serving as a Training Specialist I at CareOregon since March 2021, after progressing through various positions including Provider Customer Service Lead and Provider Customer Service Representative. Prior to CareOregon, Nic was employed at SCANDALS LOUNGE & RESTAURANT, INC., as a Bartender from June 2012 to 2021, and held the position of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from September 2004 to August 2013. Additionally, Nic Brown earned a Medical Billing & Coding Diploma in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from Ashworth College in 2020.
