Keith Crawford serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for CarepathRx, a company providing innovative pharmacy solutions to Hospital Health Systems centered on end-to-end service for all pharmacy needs, including specialty pharmacy, home infusion, 340B services, and polypharmacy solutions.
Prior to CarepathRx, Mr. Crawford served as the CEO and President of Pharmacy Operations at Solara Medical Supplies, the nation’s largest independent supplier of diabetes medical devices, drug products, and supplies. While at Solara, Mr. Crawford extended pharmacy distribution capabilities to all 50 states, obtained key pharmacy accreditations, and expanded key payor contracts. Solara was sold to Adapt Healthcare on Jul/20 for $425M.
Prior to Solara, Mr. Crawford served as EVP Infusion Operations and Chief Strategy Officer at Medical Specialty Distributors (MSD), the leading non-hospital/post-acute medical distributor serving home infusion 503A pharmacies, 503B compounding pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, and the oncology market. While at MSD, MSD was sold to McKesson Corporation on Jun/18 for $800M.
Prior to MSD, Mr. Crawford served as EVP, Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Coram Specialty Infusion, a nationwide leading home infusion, and specialty drug provider. While at Coram, Mr. Crawford held responsibility for legislative affairs, hospital contracting, clinical trials, and specialty infusion with a focus on immunoglobulin therapies. During his time at Coram, Mr. Crawford launched the industry’s first patient registry program directed at immunoglobulin administration – the data was considered by CMS as they worked through the IVIG Access process. Coram was sold to CVS on Jan/14 for $2.2B.
Mr. Crawford holds 16 United States and several international drug-related patents. He graduated from Western Governors University with a degree in Marketing Management and was a lead participant in the passing of the IVIG Access Act and the Medicare Home Infusion Site of Care Act.
