Vic Breed

Victor Breed is the Chief Financial Officer of CarepathRx, a company providing innovative pharmacy solutions to Hospital Health Systems centered on end-to-end service for all pharmacy needs including Specialty, Infusion, and continuous home solutions for all prescriptions.

Prior to his role at CarepathRx, Mr. Breed was the CFO of Genoa Healthcare from 2006-2019. Genoa Healthcare is the nation’s leading behavioral health pharmacy, telepsychiatry, and medication management company. During his tenure at Genoa, Victor drove operational gains and played a critical role in steering growth strategies to ensure Genoa’s full potential value. Genoa experienced unprecedented growth and transformed behavior health pharmacy on a national level. Genoa was sold to United Healthcare Group for $2.5 Billion.

Previously, Mr. Breed was the EVP of Finance and Operations for a medical device company, ClearMedical, Inc. As the EVP, he developed and implemented a new business model and managed all operational and administrative functions including production, engineering, regulatory, finance, accounting, human resources and IT.

Prior to ClearMedical, Inc., he served as Senior Vice President for Solucient, LLC. While with Solucient, he was the General Manager of the business unit providing performance management solutions for hospitals. In addition, he identified and evaluated potential business partners and M&A candidates and negotiated business relationships, joint ventures, and marketing arrangements.

Before working for Solucient, LLC, Victor was the COO and CFO for HBS International. As COO/CFO he oversaw daily operations and develop strategies for accelerating growth by merger or acquisition. HBS International was one of the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500; a list of the fastest-growing technology companies in North America and on the 2000 Healthcare Informatics list of 10 Most Influential Healthcare IT Companies.

Mr. Breed is a graduate of Lake Superior State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
