Dan Risku

Dan Risku serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for CareSource, focusing on corporate organization, transaction structuring, and business development. Previously, Risku was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Beacon Health Options, overseeing legal and compliance matters in behavioral health management. Risku also held the position of Chief Washington Counsel for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and served as Of Counsel at Shanahan Law Group, providing guidance on various legal issues. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and legal counsel at Prudential. Risku holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
