Stewart Pender is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Head of Business Development at CareSuper since December 2021, Stewart focuses on driving growth through B2B channels and leading a team dedicated to enhancing client service for improved retirement outcomes. Prior to this, Stewart held various senior roles at MLC Life Insurance, including Head of Partnership Management and a seconded position for Business Readiness & Change Program. Stewart's career also includes strategic roles at AIA Australia and Macquarie Group, where expertise in account management, business strategy, and distribution enablement was demonstrated. Stewart's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and participation in the Emerging Leaders Program at Melbourne Business School.
