Jake Wegman

Jake Wegman has worked in a variety of roles over the past 20 years. In 2021, they began working as a Staff Engineer for Caretaker Medical. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Digital Design Engineer for the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO). From 2017 to 2019, they were a Principal Electrical Engineer for Rivanna Medical, where their role included designing PCBs for both production and test, microcontroller software development, and component selection and supplier relations. From 2010 to 2017, they were a Senior Electrical Engineer for Analogic. From 2004 to 2010, they were an R&D Hardware Engineer for Agilent Technologies. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Co-op Engineer for Tactair Fluid Controls, Inc. And from 2001 to 2002, they were a Sound System Installer for DCI Sound.

Jake Wegman earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2003. Jake then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) in the same field from the University of Virginia in 2005. In 2005-2006, they attended Stanford University without earning a degree. Jake then attended the University of Maryland from 2009-2010.
