Jenny Medeke

Jenny Medeke is a Sourcing Strategist at Carex Consulting Group. Jenny has over 18 years of experience in Talent Development and Recruitment. Jenny started their career in 2000 as a Recruiter at Aerotek. Jenny then transitioned to TDS Telecom/One Neck IT Solutions in March 2002, where they became the Associate Manager of Talent Development. In this role, Jenny partnered with all functional departments within One Neck IT Solutions to assess, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate the creation and management of learning, apprentice, and talent development programs. This included a corporate-wide apprentice program as well as ongoing learning and development for various verticals within the organization. Jenny then left TDS Telecom/One Neck IT Solutions in May 2016 to join Carex Consulting Group as a Recruiting Consultant.
