Kevin Childs

Kevin Childs has extensive experience in the healthcare and contact center industries, currently serving as Co-Founder of CallCorp since January 2016 and as Founder/Practice Leader on the Board of Directors at CareXM since September 2012, where CareXM offers HIPAA-compliant virtual care solutions. Previously, Kevin founded and led Onesource Solutions from March 2008 to January 2013, focusing on enhancing customer and patient engagement through innovative contact center solutions. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and President of Sales, Marketing, and Support at inContact from November 2002 to March 2008, and earlier positions within inContact and Adecco, where Kevin specialized in advancing contact center technologies and workforce solutions.
