Roberto Villaseca

Roberto Villaseca is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Socio/Partner at Carey since August 2016, following previous roles as Associate and in the M&A team where significant contributions included drafting and negotiating various agreements and leading due diligence efforts. Roberto also functions as an Árbitro/Revisor for Revista de Derecho Aplicado LLM UC since January 2020 and as an Adjunct Instructor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, specializing in civil law since March 2017.
