Tom Wraight

Tom Wraight is the Regional Director in Midlands at Careys. Tom's time at Careys started in 2003 when he began working on-site at ASDA in Stevenage as a kerb layer/groundworker. He worked on jobs up and down the country including Colchester Garrison and two major schemes for GlaxoSmithKline where he was promoted to Project Manager. Following that, he was made Contracts Manager for the Milton Keynes region and today he's proud to lead Careys across the Midlands as Regional Director.

As well as his role supporting their construction teams, Tom's a facilitator for Leading Edge which is the name they give to their collection of learning opportunities that help their people develop great behaviours and be their best selves. Developed in partnership with Franklin Covey, and shaped by Careys, the content benefits people both personally and professionally and what he especially enjoy about helping to deliver it is that there are opportunities for everybody across the group, regardless of their role or the level they operate at.

Tom spent his time away from work as a best friend to his wife and dad to their two lovely girls and when he wants to take a little time for himself, he's either out walking the dogs or on to the golf course.
