Jay Luna

Jay Luna is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Strategic Implementation Manager at CARFAX, Inc. since April 2005. In this role, Jay works with Automotive Dealer Groups to implement CARFAX® for Life, focusing on boosting customer loyalty and driving revenue through the trusted CARFAX® brand. Prior to CARFAX, Jay held positions at The Cobalt Group as a Process Improvement Consultant and Regional Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing eCommerce programs and delivering training. Jay also served as Corporate Recruiting and Training Manager at DCH Auto Group, where monthly sales training for dealerships was a key focus. Earlier career experience includes a sales role at Fette Auto, achieving recognition as a Ford Certified Second Place District Winner in a competition. Jay holds a degree from Montclair State University, earned between September 1986 and May 1991.
