Tom Hickey

Tom Hickey has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as National Account Manager and previously as Director of Sales for CARFAX, where the CARFAX For Police program enhances investigative tools and eCommerce solutions for law enforcement. Tom’s role includes presenting value propositions to dealership executives and collaborating with various sales teams to optimize service levels and ROI. Prior to CARFAX, Tom held the position of Regional Rental Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, managing daily operations across over 40 locations and a substantial fleet and workforce. Tom holds a B.A. in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Mount Saint Mary's University.
