Carolyn Shufelt

Carolyn Shufelt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carolyn started their career in 2003 at M&T Bank as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they supervised a team of 12 retail customer service representatives. Carolyn was also involved in the hiring process for new team members.

After their tenure at M&T Bank, Carolyn worked as a Builder/Retail Sales representative at That Granite Place from 2013 to 2015. Carolyn'sresponsibilities included maintaining builder and retail accounts, providing quotes and contracts for granite and quartz countertops, as well as providing feedback to upper management.

From 2015 to 2016, Carolyn worked at PENINSULA - Oil & Propane - Heating & Air Conditioning - Plumbing & Drain Cleaning - Trash & Recycle as a Collections Specialist. Carolyn'srole involved working with customers who had past due accounts, assisting customer service representatives with issue resolution, and explaining account activity.

Carolyn then took on various roles at PENINSULA from 2016 to 2020. As the Credit and Collections Manager, they monitored and collected accounts that were 30, 60, 90, and 120 days past due by contacting customers through phone, email, and mail. Carolyn also performed credit checks and assisted customers and colleagues with account information. In addition, Carolyn briefly served as an Accounts Payable Specialist.

In 2020, Carolyn joined Griffith Energy Services, Inc. as a Credit Analyst and worked there until 2022. Carolyn'sresponsibilities included analyzing credit applications for accounts, assessing creditworthiness, and determining credit limits.

Carolyn then joined ASR Group in 2022 as a Collections Analyst, where they worked until 2023. Carolyn'srole involved managing collections and resolving outstanding invoices.

Currently, Carolyn Shufelt is working at Cargas Systems as a Customer Support Representative, a position they started in 2023.

Carolyn Shufelt completed their high school education at Woodbridge Senior High School from 1984 to 1987. There, they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies.
