Paula Quiles has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2003, they started their career as the Owner/Freelancer at Paula Quiles Design, where they provided design services until 2015. From 2003 to 2011, they also worked at Cutting Edge Media as a Senior Graphic Designer, leading a design team and managing the production of print magazines and direct mail pieces.
In 2013, Paula joined Fox Chapel Publishing as a Web and Graphic Design Specialist, where they designed marketing materials and led a website redesign. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Listrak, initially as a Creative Project Manager, responsible for managing multiple projects and coordinating teams. Paula later served as a Lead Digital Project Manager, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction. Paula then became a Customer Experience Manager and eventually a Business Process Manager, overseeing project implementation and budget management.
From 2020 to 2021, Paula worked at The Hershey Company as an Associate Manager, UX Capabilities, focusing on user experience initiatives. Most recently, they joined Cargas Systems in 2021 as the Manager of Customer Experience.
Paula Quiles has a diverse education history. Paula attended The Art Institutes, where they studied Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Paula also completed a Diploma in Business Process Management from Alison. In addition, Paula obtained an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts.
Paula has also acquired several certifications to enhance their skill set. Paula obtained the following certifications: "Managing Teams" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis" from LinkedIn in December 2020, "UX Design: 7 Implementation Planning" from LinkedIn in December 2020, "UX Foundations: Research" from LinkedIn in December 2020, and "Outcome-Based Selling" from SuccessHACKER in March 2023.
