Justin Barber

Justin Barber has a strong background in communications and marketing. Justin began their career at Best Buy, where they held various roles including Marketing Manager and Lead Public Relations. Justin then moved on to Target, where they served as an Internal Communications Manager for different teams, including human resources, enterprise strategy, and legal. Justin also led internal communications for information technology and risk and compliance teams. Most recently, Justin worked at Cargill as a Senior Director and Director of Global Communications. In these roles, they were responsible for setting the communications vision and strategy for various business areas and overseeing crisis communications readiness. Justin has a proven track record in developing and executing communications strategies, managing internal and external communications, and engaging stakeholders.

Justin Barber attended St. Cloud State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree. Justin'sfield of study was English, with an emphasis on Mass Communication and Public Relations.
