Libby Boccarosse is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience at Cargill since July 2013, currently serving as Mine Manager for a 3.5 million ton per year underground salt operation with a workforce of 250 employees. Previous roles at Cargill include Mine Superintendent, Surface Superintendent, Surface Production Supervisor, Underground Production Supervisor, and Production Management Engineer, showcasing a strong background in leadership, safety management, employee development, operations, and budgeting. Libby holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech.
